CNBM Hefei Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd just signed a contract for two heavy load steel wire belt elevators with Myanmar Mandalay Silver Pearl Limited.

Roller press circulating material elevator is important equipment for cement grinding system. For a long period of time, cement factory usually chooses plate chain elevator or central chain elevator. During the use of plate chain or central chain elevator, there are serious material return problems and the parts or components can be worn quickly which not only affects running efficiency of the system, but also increases maintenance and running cost. In March 2014, CNBM Hefei Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd developed heavy load steel wire belt conveyor for the elevation of roller press circulating material. The equipment was put into operation in Shanghai Jinshan Southern Cement Co. Ltd. Up to now the equipment has been running well for 2 years and 8 months. Comparing to plate chain elevator, steel wire belt elevator can save power consumption by more than 10%.
