On September 4, Zhou Yuxian, who serves as both the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Building Material Group (CNBM) and Secretary of the Party Committee and China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM), held a meeting with the Executive Vice President of Saudi Arabian National Petroleum Company (Saudi Aramco), Ahmad Al-Sa’adi, and his delegation at CNBM's headquarters. During the meeting, the two parties discussed ways to enhance comprehensive strategic cooperation in the materials sector, advance enterprise transformation and development, and foster technological and industrial collaboration. In attendance at the meeting were Mohammed Mulsim, Vice President of Saudi Aramco Asia, Mr. Zha Xiao, Assistant General Manager and Director of Science and Technology Management Department at China National Building Material Group, and Mr. Wang Bing, Executive Director and Vice President of China National Building Material Company Limited.
Zhou Yuxian warmly welcomed Ahmad Al-Sa’adi and his delegation, expressing his appreciation to Saudi Aramco for their long-standing support of China National Building Material Group and its affiliated enterprises. He provided a brief overview of the group's production and operations, industrial developments, as well as the group's presence in Saudi Arabia. Zhou emphasized that China National Building Materials Group has achieved significant progress in its new materials business and has plans to expand and implement its strategies in the Middle East region. Saudi Aramco is seen as a key strategic partner in this endeavor. With a commitment to sincere cooperation and mutual development, China National Building Material Group has proposed the "1133" comprehensive strategic cooperation program. Zhou expressed the hope that both parties would collaboratively explore opportunities in new energy, new materials, advanced fundamental building materials, and other sectors. Ahmad Al-Sa’adi expressed strong support for China National Building Materials Group's "1133" comprehensive strategic cooperation program.
